The Umps are a race i've created for a game i hope to make some day. They are kinda like a race of pirates. There ships are meant for mass production not strength. The take what they want. The are humanoid with sharp claws and an orange skin. There eyes glow a bright red and can see quite well in the dark. They are a brutal race, enslaving entire civilazations. But now the Humans are emerging from the galaxy, and there gov't is threatend. As war broke out a knew Ancient Specius arouse. They are the Zetcas, but more on them later.

More to come including a story line. I hope for some good feed back from this.

Ok now for humans. Whent hey first emerged they wre split. Three faction striving for power. The human empire, oppressive, tyrannical, and set on galactic domination. The Protectorate, communist set for pure defense, very xenophobic. And the federation, set on peace, but a strong hand when needed. After the 1 year war as it was known, the defeted empire and surviving protectorate and federation formed the Solar Republic. Since there encounter with the umps they have expanded to protect other species and are now the Galactic Republic.

Ok now the Zetcas. The Zetcas are a highly evolved race. They are physically strong, with advanced mental powers. The have some of the most advanced tech in the galaxy. They have even made them selves part machine. The average Zetca is about 25% machine. They worship a single god, in there religion, although the name is not known it appears to be alot like the human religion christianity. But they also pay respects to an anceint pwerful race of which little is known.

Ok next will be the Villks. Tell me what you thank, and suggestions for a name are welcome.

The Villks are a very Eco minded race. They use living creatures and Biotechnology instead of machines. (a lot like the yuzhan vong from star wars.) There ships are grown and can heal themselves, but relay stone and minerals to survive. They have come to a point as a society of which they do not fear death, so using creatures as weapons does not seem wrong to them. For a long time they were in a losing war with the Umps. Since then they have joined the humans and helped find the Galactic Republic.
