How bout a WWII RPG? We each have are own country, and can join either axis, or the allies. Or make our own alliance. We can either get arms through our alliances or through black markets at price boost.

It will be in an alternate universe. Basically choose an existing country(minus primary WWII players example: Germany, US, Britain.) And you can rename it and modify it as you please. Oh and by the way, NO SUPER HEAVY TANKS!
