well if we get into voyager a lot of the delta quadrant races are all weak things that havent been noticed as a threat to the borg...they'd be pointless to add except for the borg and dominion

and as for the tholians...they have a few ships that I know of...they're actually just different types of gem that they're named after

You could add the Iconians. Like they came from the past. You could also create a Reman Empire who managed to brake free of Romulan rule and the Romulans and Remans are at war.
